The photograph shows the mood. Your quotation should name the ingredients. Use this checklist to confirm the decoration, room access and details before booking.

What to share from your side

- Sensitive wall finishes, furniture restrictions or other access concerns.
Photo details are not automatic inclusions
Bedding, furniture, curtains, lamps, teddy bears and other accessories visible in a photograph may be part of the original room. Ask which items the decorator supplies and which you provide.
Agree the fixing method for the canopy, drapes and lights before installation, particularly for wallpaper, polished wood or a rented room.
A written scope prevents guesswork
Keep the chosen design reference alongside the itemised quotation. Note the materials, included extras, installation timing, agreed substitutions and collection arrangements. If a detail changes, confirm it with the team before work begins.

- Send a wide photograph of the room, your event date and Lahore area.
- Share the design you like, your budget and any preferences for colour or flowers.
- Discuss room access, bed dimensions, canopy clearance and power if lighting is requested.
- Confirm availability, the written scope, final quotation, installation window and payment terms with the team. An enquiry alone does not reserve your date.

Confirm the supplied items in the quotation. You may need to provide room access, power and your own bedding or accessories; the scope should make this clear.
Are fairy lights included?
Lighting depends on the selected design and agreed quotation. A photograph alone does not confirm that lights are included.
Do all designs include a canopy?
No. Some references focus on bed styling. Check whether the selected design includes a canopy frame, drapes or a backdrop.
Can decoration damage a surface?
Discuss the proposed fixing method and any sensitive surfaces with the team or venue before installation. Do not assume a universal damage-free method.
