Design prices and scope

The displayed price is the full total for the selected design as described at the approved Lahore setup address. The photograph is an installation reference; the description and agreed scope identify the floral materials, coverage and included elements. Furniture, bedding and existing room fittings are not sold with the decoration.

Requested changes, extra flowers, petals or additional decoration require a separate quotation agreed before payment. We do not add scope or charges without your agreement. If the room cannot accommodate the listed design, we discuss the options before approval.

Request, approval and payment

Submitting a request does not reserve a date. We review the requested date, ready-by time, venue access and room fit. After approval, we request a 20% advance by bank transfer. A booking is confirmed after the team verifies that the advance has been received. A payment screenshot alone is not verification.

The remaining 80% is due after the agreed setup is completed. For a PKR 20,000 design, the advance is PKR 4,000 and the balance is PKR 16,000. Keep your booking reference with payment and scheduling communications.

Venue access and installation

Provide an accurate address, ready-by time, room photograph and any access restrictions. Hotels and guest houses must permit outside decorators. Tell us about floor / lift access, available space and venue rules before approval. Installation timing is agreed with the team; an online request is not a same-day guarantee.

Materials and changes

Material labels distinguish fresh flowers, fresh imported roses, artificial flowers and mixed arrangements. Any unconfirmed material must be clarified before approval. Material substitutions and changes to the agreed design need your agreement. Discuss reusable frames, drapes, lights and any collection arrangements before paying.

Cancellation, rescheduling and concerns

Contact the studio promptly with your booking reference. Rescheduling is subject to the team’s availability and material commitments. Any cancellation costs or refund arrangements must follow the written terms agreed for your booking and applicable requirements; this page does not impose a blanket non-refundable advance or a fixed refund percentage.

Raise any concern about the setup with the team so it can be reviewed against the agreed scope. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
