Information you provide

A booking request includes your name, email, phone number, selected design, requested date and ready-by time, Lahore area, venue type, setup address and access notes. We retain the design price and scope at the time of the request. Room photographs shared on WhatsApp are used to review the space and plan the agreed setup.

Booking and payment records

We use WordPress and WooCommerce to hold booking references, review stages, instalment payment requests, payment status and operational notes. Bank transfers are verified by the team. We do not ask you to enter card numbers, banking passwords or one-time codes into the booking form.

Booking acknowledgement and payment-request emails are sent to the email address you provide. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the request. Room photographs and correspondence sent on WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Service providers and access

Hosting, email, WordPress/WooCommerce and the communication or payment providers you use may process information needed for their services. Authorised team members use booking details to check availability, reach the venue and fulfil the agreed setup. We do not publish your private booking address or customer details in the public design catalogue.

Cookies and anti-spam measures

Functional cookies can support WordPress, WooCommerce, secure payment links and a private request receipt. A short-lived, HTTP-only receipt cookie lets the confirmation page recognise your request. We use form nonces, a hidden anti-spam field and limited hashed network identifiers for short-lived rate limits. These measures help protect forms; they do not add you to marketing lists.

If analytics or additional marketing tools are enabled later, their use and any required choices should be explained here. Do not assume that an enquiry opts you into marketing.

Retention, questions and requests

We keep information for the booking, customer support, payment records and legitimate operational or applicable recordkeeping needs, rather than promising one deletion period for every record. Ask us about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Some records may need to be retained where required.
